How to send your contribution?

Important Note on Donating Volunteering Hours Rewards to JCEC
After submitting your volunteer hours, there are a few additional steps to ensure your donations reach JCEC:
- Your company will reward you with $$ and send you an email notification.
- Log in to your company's site to confirm that the reward $$ is showing in your dashboard.
- Start a donation to JCEC and choose to use the reward money for the donation.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your donation has been successfully processed.
- Please note that the reward $$ usually comes with an expiration date, so be sure to use it promptly
Your contribution can be set up as monthly/bi-weekly/weekly recurring in any of the options.

Donation Acknowledgment Policy
For donations made through employer giving platforms (e.g., Benevity), the platform typically provides the official tax receipt to the donor. For direct donations (e.g., Zelle), JCEC maintains internal records and will provide a written acknowledgment upon request, when donor contact information is available.
